VinylStudio is ShareWare ("try before you buy") and you can download a fully functional free trial copy which will allow you to record upto 5 albums. There is no time limit. Beyond this, you will need to upgrade to the full version (by purchasing a license key) if you wish to continue using the program. Any recordings you have made with the trial copy will be preserved.

VinylStudio has fairly modest hardware requirements and will run on almost any PC purchased in the last 5 years or so; you can check them here. If you are running Windows 2000, you need to download an additional file. For details, please click here.

Click on the button below to download your trial copy (~3MB, about 30 seconds at broadband speeds) and then, when prompted, click Run to install the software. On Windows 2000 or XP, you will need to be logged on as an Administrator (or Power User) for the installation to succeed.
