Compression

My TT has been down for a while and I just got setup again. I updated VS today after quite a while. I try to keep my A2D close to 0 dBfs which seems to be pretty hot for the input to VS on my MAC. Where I set the slider is the max signal level. Is there a way besides reducing the OP from my A2D to turn off this compression?

I'm not quite sure what you're driving at, but VinylStudio isn't compressing anything.  Does that help?
