Title: Burn/save music to thumb drive
Post by: Truckman on October 21, 2013, 03:18:55 AM
Is there a way I can put multiple converted albums on a thumb drive to use in my car using VinylStudio? I'm using a Mac computer with the most current OS available. Thanks for any assistance.

Hi,

Yes there is, if you have the non AppStore version:

1.  Save your tracks as normal.

2.  In the Save Tracks window, click on 'Copy to Player' and select your thumb drive from the list displayed.  This opens two Finder windows side-by-side and you can then drag your tracks across.

Ok, I save everything as wave files at this point. Do I just save again as normal? If so is I want to burn another disc do I then just save as wave again? Thanks for your response, Steve.

Hi,

You only need to asve your tracks once (save them in the format you want on the thumb drive).  Then use Copy to Player whenever you want to copy files out to a thumb drive.
