Rumble And Hum Filters

Things are going well for me. I have recorded several albums, de-clicked them using both automatic and manual repairs and have saved the tracks.
Now I would like to go back and apply the rumble and hum filters to them. I forgot to set them for each album. Is it as simple as going to Cleanup Audio
and turning on the desired filters and then saving the tracks again? I have a fear that I may loose my previous de-click efforts.

Yes, that's all you need to do.  Click repairs will be preserved.
