I have a NAD PP 4 that your software came with. When i plug the NAD into two different windows machines (windows 7 on one and Vista on the other) I only get mono. I plug it into my wife's mac air and it works fine. I'm using the usb connection from the PP 4 into the computers. I thought i'd see something here in this forum but didn't turn up any hits. Any clues?

Please (on Windows) proceed as follows:
1. Click on the 'Recording Controls' button in VinylStudio's Record window.
2. Make sure the PP-4 is selected in the list (it's called Microphone on USB Audio CODEC).
3. Click 'Properties'.
4. Click on the 'Advanced' tab.
5. Select '2 channel, 16 bit, 44100 Hz (or 48000 Hz) in the dropdown.
That should sort things out.
