When I click on Lookup Track Listing and choose a database, I get a not found message. Yet if I go to the database on the internet, the album appears to be there.

This is with Discogs? Their website uses a 'fuzzy' search scheme which is not available to VinylStudio (we have asked). As a result, you might find matches on their website which VinylStudio doesn't see. We can't fix this unfortunately - the service we would like to use just doesn't exist, sorry.
