I have had no problems using this program to record my records to my mac & convert it afterwards into mp3 in stereo format at highest levels until the last record i recorded, Tool 10,000 Days. it plays great in split tracks or clean up sections, once i go into save tracks & click on mp3 options it is always in mono, I click to make stereo but once tracks are saved it is in crappy mono. What happened to this program? How can i solve this problem?
Hi,
Please go to the Edit Album Details dialog for the affected album(s) and ensure that 'Mix down to mono' is not checked. Then save your tracks again.
Uncheck this box also in the Record Window; this will take effect for future albums.
Thanks for that I have no clue how that box even got checked to begin with I have never used that nor to i have a need to use it for my recordings thanks again for your help. :)
