Playing an album normally with no problem. When pressing button to raise needle/stop playing the arm raises vertically. When trying to copy album the needle sticks part way through the 2nd track on the album. On pressing button to raise the needle the arm springs up and backwards as though it is under tension. This tells me that the "sticking" needle is due to the needle arm being unable to go any further. Has anyone else experienced this and found the solution or can anyone suggest what might be causing this problem.
