VinylStudio doesn't run on Linux currently, no, and I'm not sure if it will run under WINE (Is that what you tried?).
Porting VinylStudio to run on Linux natively is something we'd love to do though, if time permits. We will post any progress back here.

This is just a quick note to let you (and anybody else who might be interested) know that we have at long last started development of a Linux version. We'll post back here when we have something to offer.
It will be Beta test software initially, so we'll be looking for people who want to test the software.
@Paul Sanders - this is the one program keeping me on Windows currently, highly interested in your Linux version, and willing to partake in beta testing :)

Thank you! I was doing some further reading last night and am realizing that what Aad/DA device is utilized may pose an issue. I have an RME, ADI-2 Pro FS R BE specifically, and RME doesn't release Linux drivers at all. So while the interface works in Linux, I'm curious how well without explicit driver support... Still willing to try though :)
