recommendations for good, reasonably priced (<$200) USB A/D converters?
Currently using SoundBlaster HD, using Line In input (turntable has phone pre-amp) and signal is generally too low even when Level slider set to 100%. Typical Peak levels -5dB for most records. So, I want a converter with adjustable Gain to get levels up
