Title: Deleting the end of an Lp when I missed the end
Post by: Paul B on August 29, 2023, 02:01:04 PM
Hi folks,

I've tried this a couple of times but never quite got it right. You know when you're off doing something & forget the end and get a few click click clicks at the end of the recording. How do I delete this part?
I've tried in split tracks, highlighted it and tried deleting but can't seem to get it to work. Is there an easy way that I'm missing (apart from catching the end of the Lp)?
Thanks in advance.  :)

Hi,

Manipulating the track break markers is usually the best way to do it.  Just position the red end-of-track at the end of the audio and advance the green marker past the unwanted noise.  It might just be that you need to zoom in a bit to see what you're doing.

Thanks for the quick reply.
That sounds like the way. I'll give it a go next time. Great program by the way.
Thanks again.
